Old Forester 1910 Fine Kentucky Straight Bourbon pays tribute to the original line of Brown-Forman Old Fine Whiskey, salvaged from a fire along the bottling line in 1910. Released in 2018, this NAS bourbon boasts a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, with a finished barrel strength of 93 proof. Second-barrel matured in heavily charred barrels, almost to ash, it presents aromas of roasted oak, caramel, and cake batter melded with vanilla and pecans. On the palate, enjoy sweet notes of burnt caramel and vanilla layered with bush berries and marshmallows roasted over an open fire.
