LOUIS XIII Cognac, first created in 1874, is the culmination of generations of expertise. This exceptional blend, made from up to 1,200 eaux-de-vie sourced from Grande Champagne, is slowly aged in oak casks.
Carefully crafted over decades, LOUIS XIII embodies the mastery of time, passed down through generations of Cellar Masters. Today, Baptiste Loiseau continues this legacy, selecting the finest eaux-de-vie to set aside for future generations.
A harmonious aging process infuses LOUIS XIII with complex aromas of myrrh, honey, dried roses, plum, cigar box, leather, and passion fruit, lingering on the palate for over an hour.
Each decanter, individually numbered, is modeled after a 16th-century flask discovered at the Battle of Jarnac. Made from fine crystal, it is meticulously mouth-blown by skilled artisans, ensuring that LOUIS XIII remains a timeless treasure.
