Lark Single Cask 'Limited Release' Single Malt Whisky

Lark Single Cask Single Malt Whisky, the flagship of Lark Distillery, is crafted from Tasmanian Franklin barley, malted by Cascade Brewery. Half is lightly peated with hand-cut peat from Brown Marsh Bog, adding subtle smoke and complexity. Fermented with ale yeast for floral notes, it undergoes double distillation before maturing up to eight years in 100-liter quarter casks. The result is a rich whisky with dried fruit, vanilla, toffee, and smoky hints. Hand-bottled and proofed with Mount Field National Park water, it won the Master's Trophy in 2011.
