Fortaleza Añejo is a highly praised tequila crafted from 100% agave sourced from the Tequila Valley. It is cooked in traditional stone/brick ovens and crushed entirely by stone. Double distilled in copper pots, the tequila is fermented in open-air wood tanks using natural spring water from the valley. Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, it is bottled at 80 proof in hand-blown glass bottles. Known for its rich and complex profile.
