Buffalo Trace Distillery Experimental Collection 'Made with Oats' Bourbon (375ML)

This experiment explored alternatives to the traditional bourbon mash bill. Typically, Mash Bill #1 uses rye as the secondary grain, but for these experimental bourbons, rye was replaced with rice and oats. Aged side by side for over nine years on the 7th floor of Warehouse I, each whiskey developed its own distinct flavor profile.
