Ardbeg 'Supernova' Committee Release Single Malt Scotch (2019 Release)

Ardbeg’s Supernova expression was created to commemorate sending whisky molecules into space in 2011. With a phenol level of 100 PPM—nearly double the usual 55 PPM—it is the peatiest whisky produced by the Islay distillery, and one of the peatiest in the world. The 2019 Committee Release, matured in bourbon casks, follows the previous Supernova edition from 2015. Known for its intense flavor, this release offers a remarkable tasting experience.
