2012 Joseph Drouhin Chambolle-Musigny

"Established in 1880 and still family owned, Joseph Drouhin is one of the oldest and largest wine producers in Burgundy. This is their Chambolle-Musigny Village 2012, made from hand-harvested, organic Pinot Noir grapes. The wine was aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 20% new. Expect notes of violets, black cherries, damp earth, truffles and game." Notes from the Vineyard
