The second release of Balblair’s 2000 vintage is a Highland single malt matured for 13 years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by five years in Spanish oak butts. Bottled after 18 years of aging, it reflects the distillery’s signature citrus and orchard fruit profile, complemented by added depth from the extended sherry cask influence.
