Distilled in Spring 2000 and released in Fall 2012, this edition is composed of a mash bill of distiller’s grade Kentucky corn and North Dakota wheat malted barley. 2012 William Larue Weller whiskey has a finished barrel strength of 123.4 proof, is double distilled in BTD beer stills, and has aromas of caramel, citrus, pepper, and toffee. The taste is smoothly sweet.
