After resuming in-house distillation in 2010, they marked the occasion with a sought-after "purple top" single barrel bourbon. The nose is rich with cherry, cinnamon, caramel, oak sugars, and vanilla. The palate delivers sweet and spicy notes of cinnamon, black pepper, charred oak, dark chocolate, and vanilla, with a bold yet smooth finish featuring lingering cinnamon spice, cracked pepper, oak, and clove.
