Willett Family Estate 6 Year Bourbon Barrel Number 3075 (Pacific Edge)

This is another great example of what Willett can do when distilling their own bourbon. At 122.6 proof it packs a punch, but the overall presentation if full of vanilla, caramel, and molasses. This is great stuff!
