Benraich 15 Year "Pedro Ximenez" single malt scotch spent its last year in Jerez la Frontera sherry casks. The sherry carries through from the nose to the finish. This sweet offering has a wonderful bouquet of figs, sultanas, slightly bitter chocolate and nutty aromas. The sweet flavors of fig and honey intertwine with tangy papaya, eucalyptus, oak, and dark cocoa. This scotch will linger in the mouth with a long sweet finish.
