This Springbank 15 Years Old is an older release of the 15 year old with the older black label. Chocolate, apple, prune, light peat and spicy wood on the nose. The palate carries red fruit, vanilla and more smoke followed by a savory damp earth note. The finish is medium long with a spicy, herby, oaky end.
