Speyburn 25 year Old Scotch Whiskey is a blend of single malt whiskies, aged in sherry casks for 25 years. This release has a higher bottling strength of 46% abv resulting in more character and flavor. Aromas are light with creamy vanilla, hints of toasted oak, mildly floral, with notes of Demerara sugar, candied lemon peel and honey. With bold malt flavor that are highlighted by flavors of lemon peel, berry fruit, candied peels, allspice and honey. The finish is refreshing with lingering spicy and citrusy notes.
