This 2021 edition of BTAC Sazerac 18 year old Kentucky straight rye is one of the finest offerings of premium whiskey on the market. Limited and extremely collectible, this masterfully crafted rye was originally distilled in Spring 2003 and released in Fall 2021 with a matured barrel strength of 90 proof. Aged for 18 years in choice new white oak #4 char barrels and double distilled for twice the excellence, this premium quaff is composed of distiller grade #1 & #2 Kentucky corn, Minnesota rye, and N. Dakota malted barley. Rife with aromatic notes of crisp orchard apples, lemon marzipan paste, and grassy herbs paired with vanilla, 2021 Sazerac 18 year old rye whiskey offers a palate of oranges, peppery pear cobbler, and cinnamon spiced cedar wood.
