The 2016 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon has a finished barrel strength of 97% proof and is aged for a minimum of 12 years. The aroma carries notes of honey, vanilla, and bubble gum candy bound between bites of oak. The mouth is full of cream, soft oak, citrus, and freshly baked pastries. A true classic!
