Nikka's Coffey Grain Japanese Whisky is produced by mostly using corn. The whisky is distilled in a Coffey still and then is matured in old casks such as re-filled, remade and re-charred casks originally made from American oak. This ensures the sweet and mellow flavors of Coffey distillates that we expect.
