The Last Rye is the fourth and final release of this premium series, a 112.8-proof blend of Kentucky straight rye that has spent 10 to 13+ years in new charred oak barrels. Due to the popularity of Kentucky Owl's rye, it is now dwindled down to the end to bring us Batch 4. This rye tastes of rich oak, roasted almonds, caramel brittle and spiced dark cherry.
