This bottle is from Dalmore Distillery aged for 21 years, and beautifully presented in its own case. Six cask finishes-small batch bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, Madeira casks, Marsala casks, Port pipes and Carbernet Sauvignon wine barriques-are exquisitely married, to craft a one of a kind whisky with a rich and enticing flavor profile.
The Aroma is of red berry fruits and hints of passion fruit. On the palate there are notes of citrus zest, vanilla pod, creme caramel, and crushed almonds. The finishing notes include cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
