In the early 2000’s The Macallan developed a liqueur which remains true to their high quality credentials, while removing the taste barriers for a single malt that exist among women. All the ingredients mixed to create this drink are natural 8 year old Macallan, Canadian maple syrup, and natural pecan nut flavoring. Daniela Nunzi Mihiranian, designer at Design Bridge, challenged the category rules and created a distinctive form inspired by a pure droplet of maple syrup. Beautifully detailed etched leaves and strikingly simple branding are complemented by a maple wood cap. What a great addition to already renowned Macallan brand.
