Duncan Taylor & Company have launched a new range of aged single malts to their expanding collection of unique premium whiskies. The Collection contains a vatting of aged malt whisky from under-strength casks with over-strengths’ from the same distillery. This results in truly unique single malts aged from 33 - 37 years old. The aromas remind us of a wheat field on a warm summer's day, lemon sherbet, with hints of butterscotch and golden raisins. This deliciously elegant yet lively with layers of fresh baked bread, pumpkin seeds, sweet toasted marshmallow and a hint of sea salt. Very smooth with a long, lingering finish.
