Kentucky Owl Confiscated is a perfectly balanced bourbon with a boldness that brings in sweet and dry aromas and flavors. The nose is refined and balances with zesty orange, well caramelized sugar, smokey oak and leather. The sweet flavors are brought out with notes of vanilla cream, and caramelized oranges. It rounds out gently with mildly spiced oak to counteract the sweet notes. Slightly bitter and dry up front on the finish but a baked cinnamon roll sweetness in the back of the mouth.
