Hardin's Creek Jacob's Well Bourbon, a release from the Beam Suntory family, is crafted by Master Distillery Freddie Noe at the Fred B. Noe Distillery. Composed of rare distillates from James B. Beam Distilling Co's silo, it's aged for 15 years and 4 months, marrying high-rye and traditional bourbons. Bottled at 108 proof, it features aromatic notes of cinnamon, caramel, and baking spices with hints of smoke and aged tobacco. This inaugural release is part of an ongoing series, delivering classic bourbon hues, sweet raisins, oak, and dried leather in syrup.
