A magical mezcal from Clase Azul, made with wild hand harvested Cenizo agave which is native to the Mexican state of Durango. The nose offers sweet citrus fruits muddled with herbs, bitter green olives, and syrup agave over darkly toasted cloves. The taste is both fresh and deep with hits of shelled peanuts bathed in brown sugar, honey, and melted chocolate.
