Buffalo Trace Experimental Collection French Oak Barrel Head Aged (375ML)

This 10-year-old was distilled using its low-rye mash bill #1 and aged in an American oak-staved barrel with new toasted French oak heads. An exceptional addition to the Buffalo Trace whisky lineup, the Buffalo Trace Distillery Experimental Collection French Oak Barrel Head Aged Rye Bourbon is a standout expression. Crafted from bourbon aged in new barrels made entirely from French oak, it offers delicate notes of cherry that mingle harmoniously with vanilla and tannins, resulting in a smooth and balanced taste.  It was bottled in 2015.
