Sublime with a seemingly never ending  finish, 2021-02 Booker’s Small Batch Collection ‘Tagalong’ Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon is premium whiskey aged for 6.5 years and bottled unfiltered at 127.9 proof. As with previous selections from this annually released series, Booker’s Batch 2021-02 is matured in #4 char new white oak casks. With pronounced aromas of caramel and vanilla, balanced with the sweet brown wood sugar flavor notes from the charred white oak barrels. A stand out in this series, each release is derived from a variety of barrels from different rick houses with different production dates.
