Woodford Reserve Distillers Select 'Winter Slumber' Bourbon - 2020 Release

Released for the 2020 holiday season, the Woodford Reserve 'Winter Slumber' Holiday Edition features artwork by UK-based architect Nick Hirst. The painting depicts the distillery’s historic warehouse in Versailles, Kentucky, contrasting its wooden interior with the stone exterior and snowy surroundings. The scene celebrates the year-round aging of whiskey, regardless of the weather.

Hirst developed the artwork from pencil sketches made during a visit to the distillery, later recreating the scene on watercolor paper with gouache and pen details.
