The 2025 William Larue Weller release is an uncut and unfiltered wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 129 proof. Distilled across late 2010, early 2011, and early 2013, it was aged 12 years and 7 months in new #4 char white oak barrels from Independent Stave, resting on floors 3 and 4 of Warehouses D, Q, N, P, and I with a 55% evaporation loss. Crafted from Kentucky corn, soft red winter wheat, and malted barley, it offers layers of vanilla and maple with hints of warm leather and tobacco on the nose, a balanced palate of sweet vanilla and toasted oak, and a smooth, lingering finish marked by ripe fruit, steady oak, and vanilla.
