Thirteenth Colony Distillery Cask Strength Southern Bourbon (2025 Release)

In mid-May 2025, 13th Colony released its second limited-edition Cask Strength Southern Bourbon, an uncut version of its flagship bourbon aged four to six years. Produced in Americus, Georgia, where climate conditions favor natural aging, this year’s release doubles last year’s production and expands distribution to 13 states. Made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, it was bottled at 120.65 proof from hand-selected barrels chosen for their robust flavor.
