The Professor 15 Year Single Malt Scotch Volume #1

Distilled on May 23, 2008, from a secret Speyside distillery, The Professor matured for 15 years in a rare sherry cask and is bottled at natural cask strength, unchillfiltered, and with natural color. Created by Steve Brown, founder of RUSHfest Scotland, this whisky honors Canada's musical legends, RUSH.

The nose offers honey-glazed dried apricot, ginger, toffee, rich orange, clove, nutmeg, and a whisper of peaty smoke. The palate features sundried grapes, crème brûlée, vanilla, ginger, applewood, spice, and citrus. The finish is warm with oak spice, ginger, blood orange, leather, pipe tobacco, and the texture of a well-worn drumhead.
