Arran Single Malt Whisky is exclusively crafted from unpeated Scottish barley, which undergoes malting and fermentation with a unique yeast strain. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled twice, first in Arran's copper-pot wash still and then again in their copper-pot spirit still, both custom-designed to allow lighter vapors to rise. This process imparts Arran Single Malt Scotch Whisky with a notably softer and more delicate flavor profile compared to other Scotch whiskies.
