Tequila Ocho 'Potrero Grande' Tequila Plata - 2023 Release

Tequila Ocho Plata 2023 Potrero Grande is one of four single-estate blanco tequilas released by Tequila Ocho in 2023, each named for the field where its agave was grown. Potrero Grande is located near Jesús María, Jalisco, on Rancho Potrero Grande, a flat site with deep red soils.

The tequila is produced from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the estate, with the piñas slow-cooked for 48 hours in traditional brick ovens. After resting, the juice is extracted, fermented with naturally occurring airborne yeast in open-air pine vats for approximately 100 hours, and double distilled.
