Stranahan's Founder's Release 12 Year American Single Malt

Stranahan’s Founder’s Release 12 Year Old is an American single malt whiskey made from 100% malted barley and Rocky Mountain spring water. The release reflects the Colorado distillery’s origins, founded in 2004 by Jess Graber and George Stranahan. Its maturation includes 12-year-old Stranahan’s whiskey finished in blonde ale and bourbon barrels, along with older whiskey components that received additional finishing in those casks. The final blend is reduced to bottling strength with water from Eldorado Springs. The limited release features a label designed to resemble charred wood and was produced during a period when Stranahan’s received recognition at the 2024 Las Vegas Global Spirit Awards.
