StillTheOne Distillery '287' Limited Edition Single Malt Whiskey

287 Single Malt Whiskey was inspired by a unique idea to distill beer into whiskey. After a collaboration with Captain Lawrence Brewery and its owner Scott Vacarro, thousands of gallons of Freshchester Pale Ale were distilled into whiskey. Named after the highway connecting StilltheOne Distillery and Captain Lawrence Brewery, this limited edition whiskey captures the essence of malted barley and is aged for 28 months in new American oak barrels. The first batch, released as the First Taste edition, is hand-filled and labeled with the master distiller’s signature.
