Vitalis is a limited-edition Australian single malt from Starward, created to celebrate the distillery’s 15th anniversary. Crafted from six hand-selected whisky parcels, each significant to Starward’s journey, Vitalis offers a vibrant, complex profile with aromas of toffee, raisins, chocolate-covered pineapple, and cedar. The palate features dried fruit, redcurrants, and lightly roasted coffee beans, transitioning to walnut oil, oak spice, and lingering juicy fruit notes on the finish.
