Blended by head distiller Dave Smith, it combines whiskey aged in bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, apple brandy, Port, and Sauternes-style casks. The blend includes barrels as young as 4.5 years and others with components dating back over 20 years. It shows notes of citrus, nut, stone fruit, cocoa, coffee, and cherry, with a layered, complex profile.
