Old Scout American Whiskey is a blend of two whiskeys distilled from traditional bourbon mash bills. One component is over nine years old and matured in new oak barrels, while the other is over five years old and aged in rejuvenated, re-charred casks. Though this process prevents it from being classified as bourbon, it delivers the depth and character expected of one. Produced through continuous column distillation and bottled without chill filtration, it is released in small, hand-selected batches at 107 proof.
