Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project #80 (375ML)

Buffalo Trace Single Oak Rye Bourbon is a 2026 release inspired by Barrel #80 from the distillery’s original Single Oak Project, a 2011 experiment involving 192 individually produced barrels with varying mash bills, entry proofs, stave seasoning, grain types, char levels, tree sections and warehouse conditions. Barrel #80 received the highest rating in the project.

The 2026 release is a newly produced bourbon made to replicate the specifications of Barrel #80 rather than an original bottling. It is aged for eight years and bottled at 90 proof in a 375 ml format.
