Shibui is a Japanese whisky brand established in 2020 that collaborates with distilleries across Japan to source, mature and bottle its whiskies. Its portfolio focuses on spirits from Okinawa and Niigata, with all expressions bottled without chill filtration or added coloring.

Shibui 15 Year Old Single Grain is produced at Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa from Indica long-grain rice. The whisky is double distilled in a stainless steel pot still, matured for 15 years in first-fill Fino and Manzanilla sherry casks, and bottled at 86 proof.
