Highland Park 1986 Single Malt Scotch (Scott's Selection) was distilled in the Orkney Islands at Highland Park Distillery, founded in 1798 in the High Park region. Known for its traditional methods, the distillery still hand-malts and peats its own barley using peat from Hobbister Moor, which imparts a distinct floral, smoky character. This 1986 vintage was aged for 21 years in oak casks and bottled in 2007 by renowned independent bottler Robert Scott.
