Flor de Caña 25 Year is a single-estate rum produced by Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, near the San Cristóbal volcano. The distillery, founded by the Pellas family in 1890, oversees all stages of production on the estate, from sugarcane cultivation to distillation and aging.

The rum is naturally aged for 25 years without added sugar and is distilled using renewable energy. Flor de Caña 25 received the Best Rum of the Year award at the 2017 International Rum Conference in Madrid.
