Redbreast Tawny Port Cask Edition is an Irish single pot still whiskey initially matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. The whiskey is then finished in Tawny Port casks and undergoes a final maturation period of 14 to 25 months in freshly seasoned Tawny Port hogsheads, adding additional complexity and port cask influence to the expression.
