Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition is the inaugural release in the Redbreast American Oak Series. The single pot still Irish whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts.

The whiskey is then finished for 3 to 7 months in casks made from naturally air-dried, PEFC-certified American white oak sourced from the Taylor family's Elk Cave Farm in Kentucky. The finishing casks contribute additional vanilla and oak spice characteristics to the whiskey.
