Rabbit Hole Founder's Collection 'Dareringer' PX Sherry Cask Finish Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Rabbit Hole Dareringer Founder’s Collection is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks. The release is based on a reserve selection of Dareringer bourbon matured in #4 charred American oak barrels before secondary maturation in handcrafted PX sherry casks produced by the Cabello family of Casknolia Cooperage in southern Spain. The finishing casks are constructed from approximately 60-year-old American white oak that previously matured PX sherry and Spanish brandy, contributing additional layers of oak and sherry character to the bourbon.
