Penelope Cooper Series 'Rose Cask' Straight Bourbon

The inaugural release in the Cooper Series, which pairs straight whiskey with wine casks from top wine-making regions, Penelope Cooper Series Rose Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey combines Penelope's signature straight bourbon whiskey with French rose wine casks. This straight bourbon whiskey, awarded gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, is crafted from a blend of three bourbons with varying mash bills aged for 4-5 years, then finished in French Grenache Rose Wine Casks from the Southern Rhone region of France. The nose offers candied fruit and cream, followed by a creamy palate with floral and herbal notes, finishing richly with lingering hints of strawberry and vanilla.
