Parker's Heritage Collection 10th Edition '24 Year Whiskey'

As the 10th edition in a yearly running series of limited PHC (Parker’s Heritage Collection) offerings, this 24 year old Bottled in Bond Kentucky straight bourbon is often referred to as a ‘pre-fire’ bottling, saved from a devastating fire at Heaven Hill’s Kentucky distillery in 1996. As one of the oldest BiB bourbons released from any distillery to date, PHC 10th Edition 24 year old BiB bourbon is composed of a mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye with a finished barrel strength of 100% proof. The nose holds undertones of wood and allspice over roasted sawdust and ethanol. On a sip, the tongue is hued with season wood, spice, and graham crackers coated in marshmallows.
