Orphan Barrel Copper Tongue is a limited-release, cask-strength 16-year-old straight bourbon whiskey from Diageo's Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company. The Orphan Barrel series, launched in 2013, was created to release mature stocks of whiskey sourced from distilleries within Diageo's portfolio that were not used in ongoing brands.

Copper Tongue was distilled at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee, using local spring water and grains, then matured for 16 years in the distillery's single-story rickhouses. The whiskey is bottled at cask strength and is the second Orphan Barrel release sourced from Cascade Hollow.
