Old Pulteney Coastal Series: Pineau des Charentes Cask is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from Old Pulteney, a distillery in Wick, Scotland. The whisky is initially matured in American oak casks before additional maturation in casks that previously held Pineau des Charentes, a fortified wine from France. The finishing casks are made from French oak, adding a distinct influence to Old Pulteney’s maritime-influenced single malt character.
