Old Fettercairn 10 Year Single Malt Scotch (1990's Bottling, 1L)

Fettercairn Distillery was established in 1825 and, except for a brief closure in the 1930s, has operated continuously since. It reopened in 1939 under Associated Scottish Distilleries, the Scotch division of the American company National Distillers. After ASD ceased operations in 1954, the distillery changed ownership several times before being acquired by Whyte & Mackay in 1973. While playing a key role in Whyte & Mackay’s blends, Fettercairn was also promoted as a single malt, originally branded as "Old Fettercairn" until the name was simplified in 2002.
