Nikka 'Yoichi' 12 Year Single Malt Whisky

Nikka Yoichi 12 Year Old is a Japanese single malt whisky produced at the Yoichi Distillery in Hokkaido, Nikka’s original and flagship distillery. Founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, the company established Yoichi the same year, drawing on Taketsuru’s experience studying and working in Scotland.

This expression was matured for twelve years and represents a classic age-stated release from the Yoichi range. The 12 Year Old has since been discontinued, making existing bottles from earlier production increasingly difficult to source.
